Place: This majestic package encompasses the entire Grand Estate. Sprawling over 2 ½ city blocks amidst lush greenery, Heaven on Earth is nestled underneath 200 year old dripping Oaks. All 32,000 square foot estate, with its Wrap-Around Verandas, Charming Outdoor Gardens, 67 rooms, 13 fireplaces, and irreplaceable antiques, The San Francisco Ballroom, The Grand Chapel, and the Tiffany Ballroom are the setting for an unforgettable wedding and ceremony. The privately accessed Platinum Bridal Suite and the Carriage House Groom Quarters are complete with custom accommodations to make your wedding day everything you have ever imagined.

Time:  6 Hours

Friday: 5PM-11PM

Saturday: 5PM-11PM or earlier

Sunday: 3PM-9PM or earlier

You may add extra time at $850.00 per hour.

Unlimited Access Time to Bridal Suite and Grooms Quarters are Accessible as early as 8:00 am for Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and Parents only.

Staff: Wedding Director, Reception Coordinator, Host, Hostess, Photographer, Florist, Bakery, Clergy, Music Director, Caterer and Staff, set-up, serve, and clean-up.

 Dressing Suites: The 1000 square foot Platinum Bridal Suite allows the Bride and Bridesmaids her own dedicated Quarters before the ceremony to dress in the exquisite Bridal Suites. There will be light Hors D’ Oeuvres and beverages for them to enjoy while dressing. The Groom and his Groomsmen will arrive 2 hours before the ceremony at the San Francisco Wing where they will dress in the Carriage House Grooms Quarters and also have light snacks and beverages to enjoy. Specifically designed to accommodate you and your Bridesmaids, there will be a room for your team of artist image makers dedicated to every detail of your hair and makeup as you relax on your special day. Our In House Massage many 30 minutes to One Hour Massages for up to $85.00 person upon request. Heavens own Hair Stylists and Makeup Artists may also be requested starting at $50 per person per service.

Officiant/ Ceremony:  Specializing in the most important moment as you begin your new life together. Nothing will compare to capturing the first look as the bride and groom see each other for the first time.  Our Minister will work with you to design every detail to your unique expressions of love for one another, honoring your individuality, culture, and heritage observing the rituals of your own faith journey.  The Music Director will help you plan your music to compliment the ceremony. Our Minister, Reverend Kruse, is included in your package; however you may request your own clergy to perform your nuptial ceremony. There is a pre-wedding planning session with our minister, including a private rehearsal for the Bride and Groom approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your ceremony. The second phase of your rehearsal will be on the wedding day when you will have a dress rehearsal; you will rehearse separately on the wedding day, as the Bride and Groom will not see each other before the ceremony. We will also be taking some pictures at that time of the Bride and Groom, Bridal Party, Parents, and Grandparents.

Ceremony Music: Or Music Director, Sarah Morgan, will assist with playing the organ or piano. Enhancing and assisting you in selecting all music during your ceremony. She is available to answer any and all questions regarding the music during your special gathering.

Flowers: David Tutera’s preferred vendors and our exclusive florists. Each of your arrangements is professionally crafted using the freshest flowers, both domestic and imported. The personal flowers include an exquisitely designed Bridal Bouquet, 1 toss bouquet, 4 Bouquets for the Bridesmaids, 2 Corsages for the mothers, 1 boutonniere for the Groom, 4 boutonnieres for the  Groomsmen, and 2 boutonnieres for the fathers and 1 boutonniere for your ring bearer.

Silk flower petals for the flower girl and any additional flowers maybe purchased and paid for directly to our florist.

 Linens & Centerpieces: Divine House Tablecloth Linens are available in  your choice of white, ivory or black, along with linen napkins in your choice of colors and breathtaking house centerpieces. Chargers for your tables come in colors of Black, Silver or Gold. “Specialty Linens” maybe added to your package for an additional charge.

Photography: Union Vibe Photography, will capture your unique photos that will become your favorite stories and most cherished souvenirs, you will receive a full set of all of your photo images on disc for your own reproduction. A total of 6 Hours are included in this package, additional maybe purchased directly threw the photographer of $250.00 per hour.  Engaging. Authentic. Artful. They capture the Big Picture down to the tiniest detail.

Reception:  All service for the buffet includes two appetizers, buffet, cakes, Iced tea and our blend of gourmet coffee. A Champagne Toast will be provided for the Bride and Groom. Renowned Grand Finale Catering will offer you 2 appetizers , buffet dinner of an entree, a vegetable dish and a pasta/starch side dish. You will be working directly with our innovative chef on all of your details.

DJ & Entertainment: Includes our Award Winning DJ, who will MC throughout the night and will keep your guests on the dance floor all night long.

Cakes:  Cakes By Gina creates both our Brides & Grooms cakes,  you  may choose from many custom designs. The groom’s cake is included in this package and there is no charge for set up and delivery. Items available at additional cost are fresh flowers, fountains, gum paste flowers, special artwork, false layers, and specialty icings.
