This is one of our most versatile packages. Immediately after your romantic ceremony in the chapel overlooking the age old trees and beautifully sculptured grounds, you and your party will be presented on the grand Tiffany “grand” staircase, an entrance not to be forgotten. INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE PACKAGE:

PLACE: This wedding and reception takes place exclusively in the Tiffany wing of Heaven on Earth including the chapel. There are two grand staircases to add drama to your wedding day. In the chapel, your wedding party will descend the historic “grand” staircase.. The Tiffany Ballroom is graced by a grand split staircase, from which you will make a “Grand Entrance”.

TIME:  Access time 5 hours including 1 1/2 hr rehearsal time before the wedding. Available Saturday with ceremony beginning at noon also available Sunday at 2:00  Extra time may be added at $650/ hour if available.

PERMANENT STAFF: Greeter,  Wedding Director, Reception Coordinator, Minister, Music Director  Master of Ceremony, Vocalist, DJ, Photographer, Florist, Catering staff, set-up & clean-up.

CEREMONY & REHEARSAL: Our minister is part of your package however you may bring your own clergy. You will have a pre wedding planning session with our minister including a rehearsal with the Bride and Groom together. The second rehearsal will be on wedding day when you will have a dress rehearsal (Bride and Groom do not see each other). Our photographer will be taking pictures at that time.

FLOWERS: The house flowers will include four chapel arrangements, beautiful fresh floral arrangements in antique candelabrum on either side of the wedding cake and a matching arrangement on the fireplace. These will coordinate with your colors. There are silk centerpieces on tables in the Tiffany Ballroom. Your Personal flowers include: Brides bouquet, bouquet for the Maid of Honor, boutonnieres for the groom, Best man and two Fathers, and corsages for two Mothers.

PHOTOGRAPHY: -Unlimited pictures are taken. Leatherette album 8×8 30 pages with 40 images. Your selections may be conveniently ordered from the photographer’s web site. You may purchase extra pictures at that time or at any later time.

VIDEO: A video of your wedding and reception from Bride’s arrival to the newlyweds departure.

RECEPTION:  All service for the buffet, cakes, crème de La punch, Iced tea and our ”Heavenly” blend of gourmet coffee, roasted mixed nuts and pastel mints. The Champagne Toast will follow the cake cutting.

BUFFET: A very traditional champagne brunch. (See attached menu selections)

CAKES: All of our cakes are custom and you may choose from many designs. The groom’s cake is included in this package and there is no charge for set up and delivery. Items available at additional cost are fresh flowers, fountains, gum paste flowers, special artwork, false layers, and specialty icings.

MASTER OF CEREMONY: You should provide CD’s for special dances and a dance mix.  The special dances will be announced at the appointed time. You may hire a DJ for a reception that requires more special dances or for the guests to be able to make requests.

ALCOHOL:  Extra alcohol may be added as an option.
