This is our most popular daytime wedding package since its debut in 1990. Moderately priced, this Texas Barbeque is served buffet style with silver chafing dishes, on china, with white linen tablecloths. Your ceremony will, of course, be in our historic chapel.

INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE PACKAGE:

PLACE: The Tiffany Ballroom ~ Ceremony in our Chapel

TIME: Access time includes a total of 5 hours (3 hour ceremony and reception). Noon Saturday,  extra time

$650 per hr, if available.

PERMANENT STAFF: Greeter, Hostess, Wedding Director, Reception Coordinator, Master of Ceremony, Photographer, Florist, Minister, Music Director, Vocalist, Catering Staff, set-up and clean-up

FLOWERS: All house flowers, silk and fresh are included. Your personal flowers include: bouquet for Bride and Maid of honor, boutonnieres for the Groom, Best Man, and two Fathers, corsages for two Mothers. You may purchase extra flowers from the florist.

CEREMONY & REHEARSAL: Our minister is part of your package, however you may select your own clergy. You will have a pre- wedding planning session with our minister including a rehearsal for the Bride and Groom together. The second phase of your rehearsal will be on the wedding day when you  have a dress rehearsal (Bride and Groom do not see each other). Our Photographer will be taking pictures at that time

PHOTOGRAPHY: Leatherette album 8×8- 30 pages with 40 images. Your selections may be conveniently ordered from the photographer’s website. You may purchase extra pictures at that time or at a later date.

VIDEO: A video of your wedding and reception from Bride’s arrival to the newlyweds departure.

RECEPTION: All services are included for the buffet, and cakes. Our signature crème de la punch, “Heavenly” blend of gourmet coffee, iced tea, roasted mixed nuts and pastel mints.

BUFFET: Tender slow smoked Brisket and Chicken, Home made Sausage, Country Potato Salad, and Creamy Cole Slaw, Ranch Style Beans, Home made Bread, Condiments and Iced Tea.

CAKES: A wedding cake designed just for you.  A sheet cake for the Groom is included. There is no charge for set up and delivery. Available at additional cost are fresh flowers, special artwork, and false layers.

MASTER OF CEREMONY: This service includes one CD for dancing and up to three special dances of your selection. These dances will be announced at the appointed time. You may hire our DJ for your reception if you so desire.

ALCOHOL: May be added as an option
