Sophisticated Wedding


This Sophisticated package makes use of both wings of the estate. From the moment of arrival, elegance is exemplified. Guests will valet park in the circle drive. After a stroll through the garden, the Greeter will welcome and invite them to enjoy Hors D’oeuvres and Bellini’s while they wait for the ceremony to begin in the candlelit chapel. After the ceremony the guests are escorted to the Tiffany Ballroom where sparkling tables are appointed with custom linens of your choice. Following the presentation of the wedding party on our grand “Gone with the Wind” staircase, guests will enjoy a beautiful seated meal or buffet dinner.  A professional DJ and lighting package will add even more excitement to the evening.  Your perfect day will end as it began; in elegance as you are whisked away in a beautiful limousine.


PLACE: This majestic package encompasses the entire Grand Estate. Sprawling over 2 ½ city blocks amidst lush greenery, Heaven on Earth is nestled underneath 200 year old dripping Oaks. All 32,000 square foot estate, with its Wrap-Around Verandas, Charming Outdoor Gardens, 67 rooms, 13 fireplaces, and irreplaceable antiques, The San Francisco Ballroom, The Grand Chapel, and the Tiffany Ballroom are the setting for an unforgettable wedding and ceremony. The privately accessed Platinum Bridal Suite and the Carriage House Groom Quarters are complete with custom accommodations to make your wedding day everything you have ever imagined.

TIME:             6 Hours

 Friday: 6pm-12am OR 7pm-1am

 Saturday: 6pm-12am or earlier

 Sunday: 4pm-10pm or earlier

You may add extra time at $850.00 per hour.

Unlimited Access Time to Bridal Suite and Grooms Quarters are Accessible as early as 10:00am for Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and Parents only.

DRESSING SUITES: The 1000 square foot Platinum Bridal Suite allows the Bride and Bridesmaids her own dedicated Quarters before the ceremony to dress in the exquisite Bridal Suites. There will be light Hors D’ Oeuvres and beverages for them to enjoy while dressing. The Groom and his Groomsmen will arrive 2 hours before the ceremony at the San Francisco Wing where they will dress in the Carriage House Grooms Quarters and also have light snacks and beverages to enjoy.

STAFF: Host, Hostess, Wedding Director, Reception Coordinator, Minister, Music Director,  DJ, Photographer, Bakery, Florist, Catering staff and set-up and clean up

CEREMONY: Specializing in the most important moment as you begin your new life together. Nothing will compare to capturing the first look as the bride and groom see each other for the first time.  Our Minister will work with you to design every detail to your unique expressions of love for one another, honoring your individuality, culture, and heritage observing the rituals of your own faith journey.  The Music Director will help you plan your music to compliment the ceremony.

 REHEARSAL: Our Minister, Reverend Kruse, is included in your package; however you may request your own clergy to perform your nuptial ceremony. There is a pre-wedding planning session with our minister, including a private rehearsal for the Bride and Groom approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your ceremony. The second phase of your rehearsal will be on the wedding day when you will have a dress rehearsal; you will rehearse separately on the wedding day, as the Bride and Groom will not see each other before the ceremony. We will also be taking

 CEREMONY MUSIC: Or Music Director, Sarah Morgan, will assist with playing the organ or piano in accompaniment of the Vocalist. Enhancing and assisting you in selecting all music during your ceremony. She is available to answer any and all questions regarding the music during your special gathering.

ENTERTAINMENT: Includes our Award Winning DJ, who will MC throughout the night and will keep your guests on the dance floor all night long.

UPLIGHTING: Colored Up-lighting in the Tiffany Ballroom will be customized to embellish your Bridal Colors.

 PHOTOGRAPHY: Union Vibe Photography, will capture your unique photos that will become your favorite stories and most cherished souvenirs. Engaging. Authentic. Artful. They capture the Big Picture down to the tiniest detail. Their Wedding Albums are something to treasure forever. Your One-of-a-kind book will have lasting memories of every moment of your special day. You will receive beautiful 9.5×13 Designer Album with 40 pages and 60 images. Choice cover of Silk, Leatherette, Metal, or Lucite. Choice of page material (photo, satin, or textured). A Video Disc of ALL your pictures taken can be purchased with all printing rights for your future for an additional fee of $895.

FLOWERS:  David Tutera’s preferred vendors and our exclusive florists will make arrangements professionally, crafted using only the freshest flowers, both domestic and imported. The personal flowers include an exquisitely designed Bridal Bouquet, toss bouquet, Bouquets for four attendants, delicate rose petals for the Flower Girl, Corsages, two mothers, boutonnieres for the Groom, four groomsmen, a ring bearer, and two fathers. House flowers include an arrangement on the Sign in Table and will be later use on the Cake Table during the Reception.

CAKES: Your Elite Wedding and a Two Tier Groom cakes will be custom designed with our recognizably talented baker, Cakes By Gina. Flawless. Delicious. Melt-in-your-mouth confections will leave your guest raving. Special fillings, frostings, and décor will be included as they are made from scratch, using only high quality, natural, and fresh ingredients. Your guests will not only see but taste the difference.

PRE OR POST WEDDING HOSPITALITY: Choose from an exciting assortment of imported and domestic cheeses, fresh fruit, Our Award Winning Italian Bruschetta, gourmet crackers, savory dips and our Famous Mash Potato Martinis served with complimentary Peach Bellini’s. Two Appetizer options may be selected.

DINNER: This Traditional Wedding Dinner has one entree, one vegetable side dish and one pasta side dish. Sodas, Iced tea and our gourmet coffee are provided to compliment your delicious cuisine.

ALCOHOL: Champagne or Cider Toast provided. Other Alcohol Packages available upon request.

SPECIAL DÉCOR: Divine House Table Linens in Ivory, White, or Black; Pin Tuck Tablecloths in Ivory, Silver, or White; Sheer Overlays in your choice of color; Chair Sashes in your choice of fabric and color; Cloth Napkins in your choice of color, and Charger Plates in Gold, Silver or Black are available. Breathtaking House Centerpieces add the finishing touch to your formal and elegant tables.

 TRANSPORTATION: After the reception a beautiful Limousine will take you away to any place in the Greater Houston metropolitan area.
