This sophisticated package makes use of both wings of the estate. From the moment of arrival, elegance is exemplified. Guests will valet park in the circle drive. After a stroll through the garden, the Greeter will welcome and invite them to enjoy Hors D’oeuvres and Champagne while they wait for the ceremony to begin in the candlelit chapel After the ceremony the guests are escorted to the Tiffany Ballroom where sparkling tables are appointed with custom linens of your choice. Following the presentation of the wedding party on our grand “Gone with the Wind” staircase, Dinner will be served by our wait staff.A professional DJ and lighting package will add even more excitement to the evening. Your perfect day will end as it began (in elegance) as you are whisked away in a beautiful white limousine..
PLACE: You will have the use of both the San Francisco and the Tiffany Ballrooms. Your guests will valet park in the circle on Douglas Lane, enter into the San Francisco Ballroom where they will have pre wedding refreshments. The ceremony is in our grand Chapel and the reception in the Tiffany Wing of the estate
TIME:
You will have access to the estate for 6 hours. Your ceremony will begin at 7:00 p.m. Your limo leaves at 11:00pm. You may add extra time at $650.00 per hour.
DRESSING ROOMS:
The Bride and her Bridesmaids will arrive at 5:30 to dress in the beautiful Blue room. The Groom and Groomsmen will arrive at the exciting San Francisco Wing of the estate at 5:30 to dress in the San Francisco Suite.
STAFF:
Greeter, Hostess, Wedding Director, Reception Coordinator, Minister, Music Director, Duet, DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Catering staff, and set-up and clean up
CEREMONY & REHEARSAL:
The minister is part of your package, or he will be here to assist your minister, if you choose to have your own clergy. You will have a pre wedding planning session with our minister including a rehearsal for the Bride and Groom. The second phase will be a dress rehearsal on the wedding day. Bride and groom will rehearse separately. Pictures will be taken at that time.
CEREMONY MUSIC:
For the ceremony you will have the services of our Music Director, who will play either organ or piano. The ceremony is further enhanced by a duet. All ceremony music is live and your choice
RECEPTION MUSIC: Your reception features “Signature Eventx”, Houston’s premier wedding and reception entertainment group.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Unlimited pictures will be taken. A Designer album containing 40 pages, 9.5×13 with 60 images. Cover choice of Silk, Leatherette, Metal, or Lucite. Choice of page material (photo, satin, or textured) your pictures, once posted, will be available on our photographers web site. They are usually ready for viewing the week of the wedding. They will remain for your convenience for 90 days.
VIDEOGRAPHY: A complimentary video of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception will be presented to you on DVD.
FLOWERS:
The flower budget covers a Bridal bouquet, bouquets for three attendants, corsages for two Mothers, boutonnieres for the groom, 3 groomsmen, and two Fathers. You may order extra flowers through the florist. Fresh floral arrangements will include 4 large chapel arrangements and large arrangements on the bride’s cake table and on the fireplace. The Unity candle set-up, with flowers, is a part of your ceremony.
CAKES:
All of our cakes are custom. The cakes in your package are in the “Elite” category. There are many exciting options including gum paste flowers, royal icing roses, or brushed embroidery. The groom’s cake may be two layers or have chocolate covered strawberries.
BUFFET:
Pre wedding hospitality includes champagne and beverages, elegantly displayed imported and domestic cheese, fruit, shrimp cocktail, and stuffed mushrooms w/crabmeat. A delightful dinner buffet will be served in the Tiffany Wing after the ceremony.
SPECIAL DÉCOR:
Custom chair covers and table linens in a selection of colors. A large ice sculpture by an internationally award-winning ice sculptor..
TRANSPORTATION:
After the reception a beautiful white limousine will take you away to any place in the Houston metropolitan area.
