Enchanted Wedding


An unforgettable prime time on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening wedding that features a ceremony in our magnificent candlelit chapel. Before the ceremony your guests will enjoy light Hors d ‘Oeuvres and Peach Bellini’s in our Tiffany Ballroom while they wait for the ceremony or reception to begin. A formal buffet dinner of finest cuisine graced by a sparkling ice sculpture will be enjoyed by all. Designer cakes, a limousine getaway and many other lavish amenities are included in this package which has room for many custom touches that will reflect your personal plans and dreams.


PLACE: This majestic package encompasses the entire Grand Estate. Sprawling over 2 ½ city blocks amidst lush greenery, Heaven on Earth is nestled underneath 200 year old dripping Oaks. All 32,000 square foot estate, with its Wrap-Around Verandas, Charming Outdoor Gardens, 67 rooms, 13 fireplaces, and irreplaceable antiques, The San Francisco Ballroom, The Grand Chapel, and the Tiffany Ballroom are the setting for an unforgettable wedding and ceremony. The privately accessed Platinum Bridal Suite and the Carriage House Groom Quarters are complete with custom accommodations to make your wedding day everything you have ever imagined.


TIME: Friday- 7pm-12am

Saturday- 7pm-12am or earlier

Sunday- 5pm-10pm or earlier

$850.00 per Extra Hour

Unlimited Access Time to Bridal Suite and Grooms Quarters are Accessible as early as 8:00 am for Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and Parents only.


STAFF: Host, Hostess, Wedding Director, Reception Coordinator, Florist, Vocalist, Photographer, Caterer and staff, Bakery, Minister, Music Director, Organist, set-up and clean-up.


CEREMONY: Specializing in the most important moment as you begin your new life together. Nothing will compare to capturing the first look as the bride and groom see each other for the first time.  Our Minister will work with you to design every detail to your unique expressions of love for one another, honoring your individuality, culture, and heritage observing the rituals of your own faith journey.  The Music Director will help you plan your music to compliment the ceremony.




REHEARSAL: Our Minister, Reverend Kruse, is included in your package; however you may request your own clergy to perform your nuptial ceremony. There is a pre-wedding planning session with our minister, including a private rehearsal for the Bride and Groom approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your ceremony. The second phase of your rehearsal will be on the wedding day when you will have a dress rehearsal; you will rehearse separately on the wedding day, as the Bride and Groom will not see each other before the ceremony. We will also be taking some pictures at that time of the Bride and Groom, Bridal Party, Parents, and Grandparents.


CEREMONY MUSIC: Or Music Director, Sarah Morgan, will assist with playing the organ or piano in accompaniment of the Vocalist. Enhancing and assisting you in selecting all music during your ceremony. She is available to answer any and all questions regarding the music during your special gathering.


DRESSING SUITES: The 1000 square foot Platinum Bridal Suite allows the Bride and Bridesmaids her own dedicated Quarters before the ceremony to dress in the exquisite Bridal Suites. There will be light Hors D’ Oeuvres and beverages for them to enjoy while dressing. The Groom and his Groomsmen will arrive 2 hours before the ceremony at the San Francisco Wing where they will dress in the Carriage House Grooms Quarters and also have light snacks and beverages to enjoy.


PHOTOGRAPHY:  Union Vibe Photography, will capture your unique photos that will become your favorite stories and most cherished souvenirs, you will receive a full set of all of your photo images on disc for your own reproduction. A total of 6 Hours are included in this package, additional maybe purchased directly threw the photographer of $250.00 per hour.  Engaging. Authentic. Artful. They capture the Big Picture down to the tiniest detail.


FLOWERS: David Tutera’s preferred vendors and our exclusive florists will create each of your arrangements  professionally using the freshest flowers, both domestic and imported. The personal flowers include an exquisitely designed Bridal Bouquet, toss bouquet, Bouquets for four attendants, delicate rose petals for the Flower Girl, Corsages, two mothers, boutonnieres for the Groom, four groomsmen, a ring bearer, and two fathers. House flowers include an arrangement on the Sign in Table that will later be placed on the Cake Table during the Reception.




CAKES:  Cakes by Gina ~This package comes with a  Custom Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake . You will have many styles from which to select. You may order fresh flowers, gum paste flowers, fondant frosting, or special art work for an additional fee to customize your own special cakes.


ENTERTAINMENT: Includes our Award Winning DJ, who will MC throughout the night and will keep your guests on the dance floor all night long.


PRE OR POST CEREMONY HOSPITALITY: Choose two passed appetizers from an exciting assortment of imported and domestic cheeses, fresh fruit, Our Award Winning Italian Bruschetta, gourmet crackers, savory dips and our Famous Mash Potato Martinis served with complimentary Peach Bellini’s before or after the Ceremony.


DÉCOR: Divine House Table Linens in Ivory, White, or Black, Cloth Napkins in your choice of color, and Charger Plates in Gold, Silver or Black are available. Breathtaking House Centerpieces add the finishing touch to your formal and elegant tables.


BUFFET:  This Traditional Wedding Dinner has one entree, one vegetable side dish and one pasta side dish. Sodas, Iced tea and our gourmet coffee are provided to compliment your delicious cuisine.


ALCOHOL: Packages may be available upon request. Champagne Toast is provided for Bride and Groom.
