Once upon a time…….
This fairy tale wedding encompasses the entire estate. Every detail is designed for a prince and princess. We begin with white-gloved waiters serving Champagne and Hors D’ Oeuvres in the San Francisco wing. As anticipation grows the guests will be escorted through the garden room into the flower-bedecked, breathtaking Chapel for an unforgettable ceremony complete with a royal trumpet heralding the Brides’ entrance.
As the story continues…..
The guests enter the Tiffany Ballroom, crowned by a stained glass chandelier of the Tiffany era, and the wedding party is presented on the beautiful Romeo and Juliet staircase. A seated dinner of finest cuisine and cakes to rival any royal table will be followed by an evening of dancing.
And they lived happily ever after….
The magical ending will happen in the Tiffany rose garden as your guests shower you with rose petals and the limo (complete with Dom Perignon and fine chocolates) takes you away. “Memories are Made of This”
What’s in my Package?
P lace:
This package encompasses the entire estate. Prior to the ceremony, the guests are welcomed with live music and white-gloved waiters serving Champagne and Hors D’oeuvres in the San Francisco Ballroom. The Chapel is the scene for an unforgettable ceremony. After the ceremony, guests will be seated in the Tiffany Ballroom for the Grand Entrance of the Wedding Party and a gourmet dinner.
Time:
Access time is 5:30 to 11:30 p.m.
The wedding begins at 7:00 p.m.
Bride and groom exit by limousine at 11:00 p.m.
You may add extra time at $650 per hour.
Your Staff:
Greeter, Hostess, Wedding Director, Reception Coordinator, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Clergy, Music Director, Vocal Duet, Trumpeter, Caterer and Catering Staff, set-up and clean-up.
Dressing Suites:
The Bride and Bridesmaids arrive 1 ½ hrs before the ceremony to dress in the exquisite Blue Room. There will be tasty treats for them to enjoy while dressing. The Groom and his Groomsmen will arrive 1 ½ hrs before the ceremony at the San Francisco Wing where they will dress in the San Francisco Suite and have snack trays to enjoy also.
Rehearsal:
The Minister is included in your package, however you may bring your own. There is a pre-wedding planning session with him including a private rehearsal for the Bride and Groom. The second phase of your rehearsal will be on the wedding day when you will have a dress rehearsal, you will rehearse separately on the wedding day. We will be taking pictures at that time.
Ceremony:
The Ceremony is more than memorable. Our Minister will work with you to design every detail to your satisfaction. The Music Director will help you plan music to compliment the ceremony. The trumpet and the duet are just the right touch of grandeur.
Music:
The ceremony music of your selection is performed by live musicians. A band and professional DJ will alternate entertainment for dinner and dancing during the entire reception.
Photography:
A custom Designer album 12x 16 with 50 pages and 80 images. Choice of cover (Silk, Leatherette, Metal, or Lucite) You will also have a choice of page material (photo, metallic, satin, or textured)
Video:
A professional wedding video will capture the laughter, excitement, love, and essence of your wedding day which enables you to relive your memories over and over again. When you receive your video, you will be a guest at your wedding.
Flowers:
Fresh flowers everywhere! House flowers include large arrangements in the Chapel, in the Terrace room, on either side of the brides cake and on the fireplace behind, and in the Tiffany Ballroom on all the guests tables. The personal flowers include an exquisitely designed Bridal Bouquet, Bouquets for three attendants, a floral basket for the Flower Girl, corsages for two Mothers, boutonnieres for the Groom, 3 Groomsmen, a Ring Bearer and two Fathers. The Unity candle is set up with fresh flowers to add extra meaning to your ceremony.
Cakes:
Be creative. Your Wedding and Grooms cakes will be custom designed with our Baker and will include many special offers such as gum paste flowers, special fillings, false tiers, chocolate covered strawberries, and others.
Seated Dinner or Buffet:
You have a choice of a buffet or a seated dinner. You will be working directly with our chef on all details.
Special Décor:
Custom table covers and overlays, chair covers with sashes are available in a variety of colors. Fresh flowers on the tables in the Tiffany Ballroom and elegant ice sculpture to grace the buffet table (if you decide on a buffet).
Entertainment:
In addition to the live music for the ceremony, a band and professional DJ will alternate entertainment for dinner and dancing during the entire reception.
Valet Parking:
This service will be in the circle drive for the convenience of your guests as they arrive. They will be at the Tiffany exit as the guests leave.
Transportation:
A beautiful white stretch limousine will pick up the Bride and deliver her to Heaven on Earth 2 hrs before the wedding. A Rolls Royce limousine will take away the Bride and Groom at the conclusion of the evening to any location in the Houston Metropolitan Area.
Alcohol:
May be added as an enhancement.
