What does my wedding include?
Place:
The San Francisco Wing and the Grand Chapel for the ceremony
Time:
- Access time 12:30 to 5:00 pm
- Sunday-Thursday afternoons (Dates to be determined upon availability)
- Bride arrives 1.5 hours before
- Groom arrives 1 hour before
Permanent Staff:
- Greeter at the door to welcome your guests
- Wedding coordinator to assist you on your wedding day and to keep you on track
- Photographer
- Florist
- Minister
- Music Director
- Set-up and clean-up crew
Flowers:
Your floral budget includes
- Bridal bouquet
- 1 bouquet for the maid of honor
- 4 boutonnieres
- 2 corsages
Music:
Our Music Director plays your choice of music on the organ or the piano for the ceremony

Once posted, selections may be conveniently ordered from the photographer’s website.
You may purchase extra pictures; your 5×7’s will be presented in an album
Reception:
Presented in the Terrace Room, your traditional southern afternoon reception will be highlighted by a dazzling ice basket filled with shrimp and assorted finger foods.
Dips and spreads accompanied by crackers, chips and toast with assorted cheeses.
Crab stuffed mushrooms and Swedish Meatballs complete the buffet.
Our expert staff will serve your cake as your guests enjoy the ambiance of the plantation. Our signature Crème de La Punch, “Heavenly” blend of gourmet coffee, roasted mixed nuts, and pastel mints.
Mini dance:
We will announce and play the traditional First Dance, Dad and Daughter, Groom and Mom Dance in the San Francisco Ballroom.
The Cakes:
The custom wedding cake will have three layers. The groom’s cake will be a sheet cake. There are many flavors from which to choose.
Champagne Toast:
To complete the elegant afternoon, champagne will be served in the Garden Room. Your guests will enjoy this formal toast after the cake cutting
