What Does “All Inclusive” Mean?

Here at Heaven on Earth, all inclusive means that we provide a “stress-free” planning process for our brides. Our coordinators and in-house staff work along side vendors to properly plan and execute every detail of your big day prior to your arrival. Once the bride arrives, everything prepared, arranged and properly placed right down to the last detail for your review and approval. The sampling and selection process begins the moment you confirm your date with a deposit.

How Do I Hold My Date Or Book An Event?

You will need a signed contract and a retainer which will serve as your deposit. This will confirm your mutual understanding of the wedding package, date, time and terms of agreement. The retainer is non-refundable or transferable. This will secure your event date.

How Does Payment Work?

Final payment for the guaranteed minimum is due 30 days prior to the wedding / event date, after which no part will be refunded.

Do I Need To Make a Separate Deposit for Catering?

No, it’s all inclusive.

Can I Have My Wedding And Reception Here?

Yes, Heaven on Earth has a full Chapel with officiant, musician and singers. Heaven on Earth offers three different locations for receptions.

  • The Tiffany Ball Room (up to 250)
  • The San Francisco Ball Room (up to 100)
  • Outdoor Ceremonies (Special Custom Package)

What Is The Capacity For Ceremonies and Receptions?

The capacity for a Ceremony and Reception (indoors) is 250 guest.

How Long Is The Rental?

Most packages include a four hour rental however, additional time can be granted at the rate quoted for your wedding / event.

Can I Take Pictures Outside?

Yes, there are several picture perfect locations outside at Heaven on Earth among our beautiful oak trees, the romantic bridge, our gazebos and around the pond.

Do You Allow Outside Vendors? Catering, Entertainment, Florist, etc.

Typically, we do not encourage outside vendors. Our vendors have been loyal providers for over 25 years and have in most cases offered the same rates for services, this gives us a unique competitive advantage and keeps our prices at near wholesale rates which we pass on to you our customers.

Does Heaven On Earth Provide A Wedding Coordinator?

Yes, Heaven on Earth provides two coordinators, one to coordinate your wedding and the other to coordinate your reception. The coordinators work with all vendors and staff to assure a successfully executed event.

What Is The Availability of Parking?

Our parking consist of three different areas.

  • The parking lot located on the left side of Heaven on Earth
  • The vacant lot in rear of Heaven on Earth
  • Off street parking along the front, side and rear of Heaven on Earth.

Is Heaven On Earth A Wedding Venue Only?

No, Heaven on Earth is an all inclusive wedding and event venue. From Large Weddings, to Intimate Ceremonies, from Workshops and Tea Parties, to Social Gatherings and Corporate Events, Heaven on Earth is ready to provide a true heaven on earth experience for your occasion.
