Reception only

This is a fun reception! It is designed to entertain your guests with a lively, high-energy, continental-style event. Before you arrive from the church, your guests will be greeted by our valet parkers in the circle drive on Douglas Lane. They will be impressed by this magnificent estate with grounds including a pond with a bridge, a rose garden and gazebos. They will be greeted by our butler as they enter the San Francisco Ballroom. They will enjoy a dazzling array of Hors D’ Oeuvres and sip Champagne as they wait for your arrival. Our music director will be on the keyboard to add to the ambiance of this historic setting. As the Newlyweds and their entourage arrive from the church, they will be sequestered in our Blue Room. After the guests have entered the Tiffany Ballroom, the entire wedding party will make their “Grand Entrance” on our “Gone With the Wind” staircase that graces the Tiffany Ballroom. The rest of the evening will sparkle and excite as you make memories for all invited.

TIME: four hours

PLACE: Both the San Francisco and the Tiffany wing

VALET PARKING: In the circle drive on Douglas Lane

PRE-RECEPTIPON: San Francisco wing with light refreshments, and keyboard entertainment. A stroll through the magnificent estate as they make their way to the Tiffany Ballroom

GRAND ENTRANCE AND FIRST DANCE: Your first official appearance as a married couple

DINNER BUFFET: Salad is pre set as the guests enter the ballroom. You will design your dinner buffet with our Chef.

CUSTOMIZED WEDDING CAKE AND GROOM’S CAKE: You will design with the Baker.

RECEPTION COORDINATOR: To oversee everything and keep events on track.

PROFESSIONAL DJ: For that special spark and excitement.

ICE SCULPTURE: By an internationally acclaimed ice sculptor

CUSTOM TABLECOVERS AND CHAIR COVERS: Your choice of many colors.

FLOWERS: Our house flowers include beautiful fresh floral arrangements in antique candelabrum on either side of the wedding cake and a matching arrangement on the fireplace. These will coordinate with your colors. The guest tables in the Tiffany Ballroom have fresh floral centerpieces using your colors.

TRANSPORTATION: After the ceremony, a beautiful white limousine will take you to your reception. After the reception a limousine will take you to any place in the Houston Metropolitan area.
